1. Initial Contact & Site Visit

Thank you for reaching out — we’re excited to learn more about your kitchen vision! At this stage, we’ll give you a call to ensure your goals and budget for the renovation are aligned.

â—‡ Sam, our fully licensed and qualified builder, will come out to see you
We’ll arrange a time for a site visit so Sam can get a feel for your space, discuss your goals, and chat through ideas or any concerns you might have.

​

â—‡ If structural work is involved, we may bring in an engineer
If you're considering layout changes, removing walls, or moving fixtures, we’ll organise for a qualified structural engineer to assess and provide recommendations — safety and compliance are key.

2. Design & Scope of Works

Thank you for reaching out — At this stage, we’ll give you a call to ensure your budget expectations and goals for your renovation are aligned.​

If you're thinking of removing or altering walls, we’ll organise for a qualified structural engineer to assess and provide recommendations — safety and compliance are key.

3. Initial Deposit

â—‡ We’ll send you an initial invoice
This deposit secures your place in our schedule and allows us to begin ordering materials, locking in trades, and progressing to final design confirmation.

4. Final Design Confirmation & Cabinetry Plans

â—‡ We revisit your home with our specialist cabinetry makers
Our team will return to site to take final measurements and workshop your design in more detail.

â—‡ We’ll provide you with floorplans, elevations, and 3D CAD renders
These will help you visualise your new kitchen before anything is built.

â—‡ Once you’re completely happy with the final plans, we’ll move forward to manufacturing and scheduling.

5. Planning & Approvals (if needed)

For any major structural changes, we’ll coordinate with engineers or your local council/building surveyor to ensure everything is properly approved before we begin.

6. Ordering & Scheduling

From tiles and tapware to vanities and lighting — we’ll get everything prepared for your scheduled renovation.

You’ll receive a clear start date along with a week-by-week breakdown so you know what’s happening and when.

7. Site Preparation & Demolition

We’ll guide you on what needs to be packed up and moved before demo day.

We safely remove your old kitchen, prepping the space for the exciting new build.

8. Rough-In Stage

Our licensed trades run electrical and plumbing to match your new kitchen layout.

If any walls are coming down or being moved, that work happens now — all under the expert eye of our team and engineers.

9. Installation

Your new kitchen begins to take shape as our team installs the cabinetry.

(If you’ve chosen stone) — we template once cabinetry is in place to ensure a perfect fit.

All the finishing touches are added to bring your kitchen to life.

10. Final Fit-Off & Finishing Touches

We install your tapware, connect appliances, and ensure everything is working as it should.

We complete any minor adjustments and polish everything so your kitchen looks and feels flawless.

11. Handover & Completion
