1. Initial Contact & Site Visit

â—‡ We’ve received your enquiry
Thank you for reaching out — we’re excited to hear about your home renovation plans! We’ll start by giving you a call to discuss your goals and make sure your vision and budget are in alignment.

â—‡ On-site consultation with Sam
Sam, our fully licensed and qualified builder, will visit your property to assess the space, talk through your ideas, and provide expert guidance based on your lifestyle needs.

â—‡ Engineer consultation if needed
If you're planning structural changes — like removing walls or reconfiguring layouts — we’ll coordinate with a qualified structural engineer to ensure everything is safe and compliant from the start.

2. Design & Scope of Works

â—‡ We shape your renovation vision
Following our visit, we’ll work with you to clarify the scope of works — including key goals, design preferences, and practical considerations. We aim to align the renovation plan with your budget and timeline.

â—‡ Expert input every step of the way
Sam will walk you through options, highlight any challenges, and help shape a renovation plan that’s both functional and future-proof.

â—‡ Engineering insight when required
Any proposed structural work will be carefully reviewed by an engineer to guarantee the safety and approval of your project.

3. Initial Deposit

â—‡ We’ll send you an initial invoice
This deposit secures your place in our schedule and allows us to begin ordering materials, locking in trades, and progressing to final design confirmation.

4. Final Design Confirmation

â—‡ Final site visit with specialists
We’ll return to your home with relevant trade specialists (e.g., cabinetry makers, tilers, electricians) to take final measurements and refine your design.

â—‡ Detailed drawings & visualisation
We provide floorplans, elevations, and 3D CAD renders so you can clearly visualise your renovated space before construction begins.

â—‡ Design approval
Once you're completely happy with the plans, we proceed to the next stage: manufacturing, materials ordering, and scheduling.

5. Planning & Approvals (if needed)

â—‡ Council or engineering approvals
If your renovation involves major changes or additions, we’ll handle the necessary paperwork with engineers or your local council/building surveyor.

â—‡ Finalising the renovation plan
We’ll lock in working drawings, layout plans, and trade schedules to ensure a smooth build process from start to finish.

6. Ordering & Scheduling

â—‡ Materials procurement
From flooring and fixtures to lighting and finishes — we’ll begin ordering everything required for your project.

â—‡ Renovation timeline
You’ll receive a clear schedule outlining start dates and what to expect week by week.

7. Site Preparation & Demolition

â—‡ Pre-renovation prep
We’ll advise on how to prepare your home, including what needs to be cleared or protected before works begin.

Our team will carefully and safely carry out demolition, preparing your home for its transformation.

8. Rough-In & Structural Works

â—‡ Service preparation
Our licensed trades will carry out plumbing and electrical rough-ins to suit your new layout.

â—‡ Structural modifications
If applicable, this is when structural changes — such as wall removals or layout adjustments — are completed under our supervision.

9. Build & Installation

â—‡ Your renovation takes shape
With structural and service work complete, we begin installing cabinetry, fittings, flooring, and other key components of your new space.
